Undoubtedly the chicken is the *star* here, any good sparkling a worthy partner, but do not underestimate this particular Extra Brut by Norton.

A 1988 Chateauneuf du Pape, sadly past its prime, but with a pretty impressive nose considering a little bit of fruit could still be detected. Tchin!
